Fire Prevention
Every year, the PA has an open house 1 day during fire prevention week, in which we give out smoke detectors in conjunction with WNEP's Operation Save-a-Life, along with other fire prevention items.  We also have a special visit from Smokey Bear (arranged thru DCNR-Forestry) to educate the kids about brush fires & playing with matches, he is also available to have pictures taken with the kids.  Also, company members are on-hand to show our firefighting equipment, answer any question that the public may have about fire prevention and give out light refreshments.
